Tell us the grade you are replacing, the industry you serve, and the volume you need — and the conversation can start technically.

Klean Carbon enquiries are handled by Klean Industries Inc., which produces the material exclusively. Most useful conversations begin with a specification rather than a brochure request, so the more detail provided up front, the faster a meaningful answer comes back.

What to include in your enquiry

Who we work with

Rubber compounders and tire manufacturers qualifying an ASTM recovered carbon black against the N300, N600 and N700 series. Plastics processors and masterbatch producers working to recycled-content targets. Ink and coating formulators evaluating recovered pigment-grade carbon. Project developers and investors assessing whether to produce recovered carbon black rather than buy it. And organisations that want marketing, sales or strategy consulting for carbon users in the rubber, plastic, ink and coating industries.

Sampling and trials

Material evaluations work best when they are structured. A typical sequence begins with a technical discussion of the incumbent grade, moves to sample material for laboratory mixing and property testing, then to a partial-replacement trial in a production compound, and only then to commercial terms. Running the steps in that order keeps the risk low and makes the result defensible internally, which matters when a substitution has to be signed off by technical, procurement and quality functions together.

What happens next

Material enquiries are reviewed against the CBk grade range — Klean Carbon CBk-EX, CBk-RX and CBk-SX — and, where appropriate, a sampling and trial sequence is proposed starting from your incumbent grade. Project enquiries are routed to Klean Industries’ engineering services, which cover feasibility studies, design and engineering, due diligence, and turn-key EPC (DBC) delivery.

Enquiries are answered by people who work on the material and the plants, not by a call centre, so a specific technical question will get a specific technical answer.

If you are early in the process and not yet ready to share formulation detail, that is fine. A clear statement of the problem — cost exposure, recycled-content commitment, supply security — is enough to begin.
